ActiveCampaign Survey Software Review
ActiveCampaign is one of the relatively newcomers to the online survey game, and so we’ve been a little surprised with how quickly their software has taken shape. It’s got a very nice interface and good ability to edit your surveys, but it hasn’t had many reviews to help people determine whether the software will be a good fit for designing your own surveys.
As I have mentioned in the past, survey design is something that should not be taken lightly, and you should really try and do this bit of work before you pick your survey software tool. But in a lot of cases that’s not going to be possible, so you end up having to design your survey around the tools that are available. We think that the ActiveCampaign survey solution is probably the best one for this purpose because the editing interface is just so nice and smooth.
Most of the online survey packages out there just basically copied survey monkey in begin really simple but also kind of ugly and clunky. On the other hand, you have the really serious survey softwares like qualtrics that are just way more than the average user knows what to do with. ActiveCampaign Survey Software strikes a nice balance here, and so is a good alternative for serious academic or corporate research, but also a good survey monkey alternative.
In some ways the software is still maturing, and so could use a little more depth in terms of the statistical analysis options that are available to serious users. But that is actually the case for all of the survey software we have reviewed so far. There just isn’t any comprehensive all-in-one-box solution for web surveys yet. But if I were to wager which one will probably get there first and so give you a nice easy upgrade path, I would probably put my money on ActiveCampaign Survey Software for online surveys.
